Stop fighting
your DJ software.

The whole DJ workflow in one modern app: accurate track analysis, fast library management, set planning, and rehearsal.

Ora DJ workspace: decks, mixer, and library in one app

Ora DJ is a modern, full alternative to Rekordbox: one DJ app that handles the whole workflow. Import and organize your library, plan sets into chapters on a visual canvas, rehearse transitions with your controller on a real audio engine, then export finished playlists to a USB for the booth. Ora DJ runs on macOS and is free during open beta.

1.0 Set Curation

Design the arc of your set, not just the tracklist.

A chapter-based workspace for sets that have a shape. Warm-up, build, peak, reset, closer. See the whole set as a structure, not a flat scroll of 60 tracks.

3.0 High-Quality Mixing

Plan it, then actually play it.

Connect your controller and rehearse the set on a genuine audio engine — time-stretched playback, full EQ and filters, 4-channel headphone cueing, beat FX, scratch, and lock-tempo beatgrids. Not a simulation of mixing. The real thing, under the planning surface.

Ora DJ automated Rekordbox library import

From library to live-ready set.

1

Import your library

Bring your Rekordbox library in with one click, or import your existing collection. Your playlists, cue points, and tags carry over, and the library stays fast even at tens of thousands of tracks.

2

Organize into chapters

Structure your set with sections like warm-up, groove, peak, reset, and closing. Plan the emotional arc before you play.

3

Explore on the canvas

Map tracks by energy, BPM, key, genre, or mood. Discover paths through your library and find the right next track.

4

Rehearse with your controller

Connect a supported controller (Pioneer DJ DDJ-400, DDJ-FLX4, or AlphaTheta DDJ-GRV6) and rehearse transitions on a real audio engine while you plan the set.
